The mission of Northern Virginia Friends School is to provide a loving and challenging academic environment that incorporates the central Quaker belief that there is that of God in everyone. We strive to provide a lifelong love of learning for all the members of our community.
At Northern Virginia Friends School, we educate the whole child. We integrate the training of the mind, body, and spirit so that children discover their own intellectual curiosity, develop self-confidence, experience creativity, and honor that of God in themselves and others.
Founded in 2003, Northern Virginia Friends School is an independent, Quaker elementary school under the spiritual care of Langley Hill Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers).
Northern Virginia Friends School is currently not taking applications for 2007/2008.
